Account deletion — Stockky

How to request deletion
From the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By email: send a request to contact@lwxlogiciels.fr from the email address of
the linked Google account, with the subject « Stockky account deletion ».
Requests are processed within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- User account and Google sign-in identifiers
- Stock data, lists and saved notes
- Application preferences and settings
- Backups stored on our servers
- Membership of a shared household
Data that is retained
- Purchase transaction records, kept for 10 years, as required by French accounting and tax law (French Commercial Code, art. L.123-22). These records are dissociated from your identity as soon as the account is deleted. – Anonymised technical logs, kept for 12 months.

Google Drive backups
Backups you created on your own Google Drive remain your property and are not
deleted by this procedure. Delete them from your Google Drive account.
